Essay

The author's concept of development, implementation and application of the Databank of Ukrainian Internal Affairs Bodies has been proposed and established based on the analysis of theoretic provisions of the information law, administrative law, theory of management, theory of information and other sciences. The results of scientific and theoretical studies as well as practical experience in organizational, technical, personnel, normative and legal provision, development and application of the Integrated Databank of Ukrainian Internal Affairs Bodies, have been reviewed and generalized. The categorical structure of development and application of the Integrated Databank of Ukrainian Internal Affairs Bodies has been specified The extensive list of information resources (databases) of the government bodies, which may be reasonably included to the Integrated Databank of Ukrainian Internal Affairs Bodies, has been determined. The draft of the statement of operation of the interdepartmental integrated information and analytical databank of the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine has been proposed and established. Proposals and recommendations on improvement of the legal and organizational principles in the process of development, implementation and application of the Integrated Databank of Ukrainian Internal Affairs Bodies, have been formed. Recommendations on improvement of the law, which governs the regulation of implementation processes of the Integrated Databank of Ukrainian Internal Affairs Bodies, have been developed.
