Romaniuk M. Legal regime of defence lands of Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to the complex theoretical research of legal regime of defence lands of Ukraine. The historical and law analysis of legislation development that sets legal regime of these lands is made. The issues on notion, forming parts of defence lands of Ukraine, contents and peculiarities of their legal regime are researched. The ownership right for defence lands of Ukraine, the right of their use, the problems of legal protection of these lands, management in the sphere of use and protection of defence lands of Ukraine are analyzed. The proposals are explained as to changes and amendments introduction to the regulatory and legal acts of the land legislation of Ukraine for the improvement of legal regime of defence lands of Ukraine.
