The dissertation focuses on customs control of agricultural products. The content and features of the concept of agricultural products as the object of customs control. Factors affecting the formation of the customs policy of agricultural products and formulated proposals for improving the mechanism of interaction of customs and other regulatory agencies in the implementation of customs control of agricultural products and some organizational and legal aspects of their functions. Developed and justified logically interrelated theoretical and practical conclusions and recommendations on the characteristics of administrative and legal mechanism of customs control of agricultural products, and the contents and forms of cooperation between the Customs Service of Ukraine with the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine, State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Ukraine. Suggestions on improvement of legal regulation and the efficiency improvement mechanism of customs control of agricultural products.
