The object of investigation is the process of production potential usage of cargo motor company. The aim of investigation is the theoretical basics and development of scientific and methodical recommendation about production potential evaluation for cargo motor companies. Methods - systems and logical approach; comparative, statistic and discriminate analysis; model method; correlation and regression analysis. The method of complex evaluation of enterprise's production potential with the use of discriminate analysis was developed at first time. The model that is adequate to real terms of cargo motor company's function was built. It helps to aggregate different by nature and meaning partial data of potential's level and to determine the classified groups' limits for enterprises with high, average and low levels of production potential. The methodical approach for evaluation of usage level of production potential was improved. It helps to achieve the marks through comparing of fact and maximum results of resource use. The marks scale of production potential usage for cargo motor companies was improved. This methodical approach was realized through model of complex evaluation of production potential for cargo motor company and its departments. The category apparatus for solving problems of enterprises, the system of partial data and the evaluation of factors' influence for production potential's evaluation were subsequent developed.
