The object is the evaluation process of socio-economic benefits of increasing traffic vehicles in the region. The purpose is a deepening of theory and development of methodological foundations of socio-economic evaluation of the effectiveness of intensification of regional traffic flows of car, which will determine the appropriateness and size of investments in the road sector, taking into account the benefits for trucking companies and other road users, ensure the intensification of existing traffic cars. Methods - analysis and synthesis, system-logical approach, statistical analysis, abstraction and modeling, fuzzy logic. First developed methodological basis of estimation of socio-economic benefits of intensification of injection molding machines, which are based on the parametric model is designed to identify the impact of the intensification of traffic flows of car on the efficiency of investment funds in the road works. Improved mechanism for evaluating and monitoring investment funds in the specific objects of the road infrastructure, evaluation of injection molding machines and intensifying the rationale and scope of investments in road work, taking into account the current practice by making innovative proposals.
