Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of quality and productivity electric discharge wire cutting through the use of electrochemical processing by wire electrode in the finishing stages. By the theoretical and experimental research was determined the dynamics of polarization of the electrodes, are recommended rational compositions electrolytes, designed the technological current generator for electrochemical processing by wire electrode. Was made the mathematical model and carried out the calculations of the distribution of potentials and currents in the interelectrode gap, define the parameters of motion of the electrolyte jet in the semi-opened slot in the conditions of electrochemical processing by wire electrode. Was developed the complex methods for determining the parameters of combined processing on the basis of electric discharge wire cutting and electrochemical processing by wire electrode. The results of the research let to get parts with high accuracy, quality and corrosion resistance with a simultaneous increase in the productivity of the shaping at finishing stages, and also to receive the parts with the set of surface layers parameters.
