Disertation is devoted to study possibilities of using complex MDCT and ultrasound in diagnostics and evaluate the result of chemotherapeutical effect in patients of laryngeal cancer. 285 patients of laryngeal cancer were examined using bolus contrast-enhancement was performed in SI "Institute of nuclear medicine and radiodiagnosis NAMS of Ukraine". MDCT included perfusiography, angiography for quantitative and qualitative analysis of intratumoral bloodstream. The informative indicators of standard MDCT in laryngeal cancer's diagnostics are: sensivity = 94,0 %; specificity = 92,2 %; accuracy = 93,3 %; and for MDCT-perfusiography are: sensivity = 97,8 %; specificity = 98,1 %; accuracy = 97, 9 %. Through the use of MDCT-PG the quantitative data of laryngeal cancer were identified: Blood flow=94,9±7,4 ml/100g/min.; Blood volume = (11,99 ± 1,22) ml/100 g; Mean transit time = (3,87 ± 1,14) sec; Capillary permeability surface = (10,95 ± 1,3) ml/100 g/min MDCT-perfusiographic kriteria were isolated for significant definition the pT-category by TNM-classification and localization of laryngeal cancer, to prognose the response to the chemoradiation therapy and to evaluate its efficiency. Reliable quantitative criteria for evaluating chemoradiation therapy in patients with laryngeal cancer using MDCT-perfusiography were isolated, which were differed significantly from such for intact soft laryngeal tissue.
