Dissertation work is devoted development of substantive provisions of method of calculation of seysmostoykosti of buildings and facilities in the parameters of "true" motions on seismic (mechanical) influence taking into account spatial character of motion of building on the whole and his separate elements, pliability and inertia properties of soils of foundation as basis of the dynamic passport system of buildings and facilities in accordance with DBN V.1.1-12:2006 "Building in the seismic districts of Ukraine".
