Liagusha A. Relationships between the Czech Republic and the European Union (1993-2004 years)

The thesis concerns itself with relationships between the Czech Republic and the European Union in the context of European integration processes. In the course of research the complex analysis of relations between the Czech Republic and the EU in 1993-2004 years has been carried out. The driving forces and the fundamental principles of this relationships and its development have been analyzed. The negotiations for the Czech entrance to the European Union have been studied. Its periodization has been worked out. The relations between the Czech Republic and its neighbors Germany and Austria, the members of EU, between the Czech and the countries-candidates of Central and Eastern Europe in the context of the European integration foreign policy have been described. The influence of these countries on the Czech's dialogue with the EU has been analyzed. The commercial and economic cooperation of the Czech Republic and the EU has been depicted. The EU has been identified as the largest investor in the Czech economy and at the same time the largest importer of the Czech goods. The results of the entrance of the Czech Republic to the European Union have been analyzed.
