Dissertation deals with the study of the legal regulation of beekeeping in the Ukraine. Historical legal of beekeeping in Ukraine, the definition of the concepts of «regulation bee», «principles of legal regulation of beekeeping», «legal liability for violation of legislation on beekeeping." Singled and grounded general and special principles of legal regulation of beekeeping. The place of social relations in the field of beekeeping in their national law and described as beekeeping Legal Sub-institute of Agricultural Law. Given the characteristics of objects and subjects of beekeeping and their classification. The analysis of the current state of regulation of beekeeping in Ukraine revealed its shortcomings and formulated scientific and regulatory proposals for their elimination.
