Udartsov Y. Administrative-legal status of Ukrainian public prosecutor's civil servants

The content of administrative-legal status of public prosecutor's civil servants is exposed in this work, its elements are researched and scientifically grounded propositions and recommendations are given concerning improvement of legal regulation of administrative-legal status of public prosecutor's civil servants. There is the formulation of the author's concept of administrative-legal status of public prosecutor's civil servants as the set of their rights, duties, legal limitations, prohibitions and legal responsibility which are determined by administrative law norms and realized in administrative-legal relations associated with practical implementation by the civil servants of tasks and functions of public prosecutor's bodies.
