Object: the process of regulations of the cash flow movement under the financial risks management. Aim: an improvement of the theoretical regulations and the development of the practical recommendations for the forming and realization methodical basics of the regulation of cash flow movement in the financial risks management system. Methods: system generalization and scientific abstraction, deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, methods of comparison, graphical, statistical and economical analysis, econometric modeling. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: is improved: economical content of the definitions "financial risk" and "cash flow"; classification of the financial risk-forming factors of the cash flow value; procedure of the selection of tools for the researching of the quality and quantitative estimation of the cash flow financial risks, and also the research and methodical approaches: for resources support of the bank; for bank financial risk level estimation; for regulation of the bank loan portfolio riskiness. Using area: by legislatures under the development and enacting the laws, which are oriented for improvement of the financial risks management system; by top management and banking staff under the determination of the bank development strategy.
