The object of investigation is the process of forming the systems management of risks of farm enterprises under the conditions of uncertainty. The aim of the dissertation research is to deepen the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the system of risk management of agricultural enterprises and the development of recommendations to improve the efficiency of decision-making in risk situations. This thesis used the following scientific methods: abstract, logical, in particular, methods of analogy, comparison, induction and deduction, statistical and mathematical methods, in particular, the mean values of time series, determine the break-even point, correlation and factor analysis, monographic and sample observation, sociological method and expert evaluations. The main provisions of the brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations. The scientific novelty of the research is to deepen the development of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the systems management of risks of farm enterprises, as well as with the recommendations related to enhancing the efficiency of management decision-making under risk situations. In particular, first the methodical approach to determining the integrated risk index as a result of synergetic effects of the risk, which, with evaluation risk protection enterprises, unlike ratios individual risks enhances feasibility risk protection measures.
