Rudenko E. Financial reorganization of agricultural enterprises

The object of research is the process of financial rehabilitation of agricultural enterprises in the modern world. The aim of the research is to develop a theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations for improving the forms and methods of financial rehabilitation of agricultural enterprises. We used the following general scientific and special methods: abstract, logical, monographic, discriminant, mathematical alignment, forecasting, analysis and synthesis method of financial ratios, index, graphic, the method of grouping. The main provisions of the brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations. The scientific novelty of this research is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches for the implementation of financial rehabilitation of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions, including, for the first time developed a methodical approach to the assessment of the agricultural enterprises in the process of reorganization based on the definition of summary measure using nine discriminant model proposed algorithm and software to receive quick conclusions about the financial condition of the company.
