Dissertation is sanctified to complex research of land and ecological legislation, scientifically-legal and special literature in the field of the legal providing of fertility-improving of soils. Legal maintenance of definition of "fertility-improving of soils" is in-process set forth and exposed; the analysis of becoming and development of legislative regulation of select subjects is conducted in a chronologic sequence; basic legal forms and measures sent to providing of fertility-improving of soils and they are given scientific classification are certain. On the basis of it blanks are certain in the current legislation of Ukraine in relation to the legal providing of fertility-improving of soils, suggestions are set forth on perfection of the normatively-legal adjusting of corresponding group of public relations.
