Siriachenko I. Legal regulation of the use and sanative land protection in Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with complex issues of legal regulation of the use and land protection. Issues of definition and co-relation of the terms and notions of the Land Legislation which are possessed as one of the major tools in the matter of governance of the land resources and control under their efficient use have been researched in the frameworks of the present article. Reviews the history of the law on the legal regime of land settlements, defines the general and special features of the legal regime of land within settlements of Ukraine, as well as first determined by their classification. Substantiated legal criteria of differentiation of the legal regime of land that belong to different categories of land are within the settlements of Ukraine. There were no suggestions of the need to supplement the current legislation of Ukraine to ensure that the provisions of the legal regulation of the target land use within settlements of Ukraine.
