Object - processes optimize the communication medium enterprises. Purpose - theoretical basis of the formation of effective communication medium enterprises and develop on this basis, proposals for its optimization, which can be used for baking companies sub-sector food industry. Methods - theoretical generalization, systems analysis, structural-functional approach, questionnaire, economic-mathematical and visual simulation, graph theory, a web analytics. Results - presents a theoretical study of the optimization process communication medium enterprises and develop practical recommendations for their application in domestic management practice. Novelty - The general direction of optimizing the communication medium enterprises baking food industry sub-sectors, including model synergetic interaction between passive and active components of information and library mental maps. Introduced in the activities of the group of companies JSC "Concern Hlibprom", Department of Economics Vinnytsia Region State Administration, in the educational process in Vinnytsia Institute of Economy, Ternopil National Economic University and College in Vinnytsia National University of Food Technologies. Scope - Enterprise baking food industry sub-sector, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
