The thesis is aimed at the developing of a new theoretical and methodological approach to the implementation of the food industry enterprises competitiveness economic measurement, as well as at the identifying of such competitiveness reserves for raising. Based on the theoretical study of the competitive relations theory concepts essence, classification of the reserves for enterprises competitiveness raising, analysis of existing methods for measuring their competitiveness an approach to identifying the reserves for the resulting indication increasing is suggested. The approach uses complex, matrix and multivariate statistical methods.
