Essay

It was investigated the influence of small impurities of carbon at the level of about ~10-3 % of the weight in W and Mo single-crystals on emission-adsorption properties of <110> and <100> sides: vacuum work function, reflection of slow electrons, and adsorption of cesium on <110> W, output characters of thermo-emission converters (TEC), conformities and generation mechanism of emission current and voltage on the electrodes containing carbon nanotubes (CNT) under the action of concentrated solar radiation (CSR).
