Kuzmich A. Grounding of parameters and working mode of separating surfaces process of combine harvester cleaning systems

The thesis is devoted to the quality heightening problems of separation process of fine grain heap in the combine harvester cleaning systems. This work examines the existing constructions of cleaning systems and combines' separating surfaces, its shortcomings are determined. As a result of carried theoretical and experimental researches the expediency of unification of separating surfaces is proved, mathematical models of heap components separation are developed, subordinations of technical parameter constructive influence on the quality of separation are obtained. The construction of unified separating surfaces was developed; their rational parameters were defined and justified. The results of the research were involved in a production.
