The author focuses the research on the traffic security provision by creating the adicvate condition to minimize the facts of individual misdemeanors according to the legislation in traffic security questions. The special attention is paid to the theoretical and methodological approaches to the investigation of counteraction to the misdemeanors in sphere of traffic security. The complex analysis of the issues that negatively influences on the traffic security provision was investigated. The system of elements and actions was created that are constantly interacted and dependent and in the complex they highlight the mechanism of counteraction to the offenses in sphere of traffic security.
