Essay

Objective: To improve the theoretical and methodological positions and rationale of practical recommendations for implementation of infrastructure projects of municipal water and wastewater services based on public-private partnership. Object of research: the process of application of the public-private partnership for the implementation of infrastructure projects of municipal water and wastewater. Purpose of the study: a set of theoretical, methodological and practical tools mutually beneficial partnership of private and public (municipal) sector in the implementation of infrastructure projects of municipal water and wastewater. Methods: abstract logic, methods of economic and mathematical statistics, the method of comparative analysis of structural and logical method. Improved: an approach to the definition of public-private partnerships as an investment partnership between government (local communities represented by the relevant state authorities and local self-government) and business. A: organizational and economic mechanism of public-private partnership in the implementation of infrastructure projects municipal level. A: methodical approach to risk assessment based on an integrated risk assessment criteria of infrastructure projects of municipal water and wastewater services based on public-private partnership. Scope: enterprises of housing and communal services, universities.
