Essay

This work present the results of clinical, laboratory and instrumental studies in the 138 children with diagnosed RVI. This contingent contained two groups that differed by the used therapy were formed. We analyzed the clinical and pathogenetic status of the children with RVI from endemic iodine deficiency area, studied the impact of different treatment options (basic therapy and combination of basic therapy with mineralobiocorrection). Difference in mineral metabolism of blood and urine, interleukins, interferons, antiphospholipid antibodies status and intestinal microbiota between groups were found. The clinical efficacy of mineralobiocorrection in children with RVI was demonstrated. It was presented that the prescription of biominerlcorrection provides a rapid normalization of clinical and paraclinical dates. The results of these observations confirmed the need for correction of the mineral homeostasis and intestinal microbiota for the children from endemic area.
