Vovk I. Improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of resource saving at the machine-building enterprise

The thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of the Candidate of Economic Sciences, specialty 08.00.04 - Economy and Management of Enterprises (by types economic activity). - Ternopil Ivan Pul'uj National Technical University, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ternopil, 2013. The thesis describes the theoretical and practical basis for organization of resource saving of machine-building enterprises, tendencies and priorities in organization of economic mechanism of resource saving for machine-building enterprises and system approach to resource-saving managing. The interpretation of the terms "resource-saving" and "organizational-economic mechanism" of the process has been clarified, the idea and the role of managing resources maintenance at the machine-building enterprise is revealed as the factors for improving production efficiency. The use of resources maintenance for machine-building enterprises has been evaluated; also functioning of managing resources maintenance for machine-building enterprises has been characterized and the conditions for improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of the process have been generated. The methodical approach to resource saving monitoring has been perfected. The main approaches to classification of factors affecting the resource saving efficiency are expanded. The necessity of strategy formation for resource saving on the basis of a systematic approach to business managing is grounded. Resource-saving management process should be characterized by complexity and systematic decomposition of business objectives and further development based on the measures controlling resource saving for generating the concept of organizational-economic mechanism of resource saving. The method of the Tree of Objectives is used for structuring the problem of taking the management decision as regards resource saving, based on disaggregation of the investigated problem into its constituent elements with further possibility of numerical assessment of their relative importance. The essential approaches to concept formation of organizational-economic mechanism of resource saving and the directions for their implementation into production process at the machine-building enterprises are determined herewith.
