Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving important scientific task which is the rationale for energy efficient modes of disinfecting grain processing complex electro, based on the pattern of the electric field of high intensity AC electrical processes in the grain mass, leading to improved quality and efficiency of grain storage. A scientific and technical prerequisites for use of the electric field of high tension alternating current electrical complexes in grain processing are based on theoretical study of physical processes in the grain mass under the influence of the electric field of high tension alternating current, experimental studies of electrophysical processes in the grain mass under the influence of high electric field intensity AC considering the material and thickness of dielectric plates, the type of crops of grain and its moisture treatment of experimental research on the impact on the livelihoods of microorganisms, development of complex electrical grains in the electric field of high intensity, methods and specialized equipment for experimental research. Results thesis found practical use in the processing of grain mass in an electric field of high tension alternating current from the developed technique and dosage effects into account moisture grain mass.
