This thesis solved scientific and practical task of improving efficiency of bit stream generation by wideband radio network systems controller. Suggested the complex bit stream generation method for wideband radio network systems, which includes a method for hardware resources usage optimization and method of bit stream generation atomic operations schedule that improves wideband radio network system management, reduces the bit stream generation time and makes software development, debug and test process more convenient.
