Essay

Object of study: nonlinear oscillations of the steam and wind turbine blades and durability of the twisted turbine blades. The aim of the study - development of numerical and analytical calculation methods of nonlinear oscillations parameter estimation and resource of the turbine blades. Methods of investigation: modern variation methods in mechanics, methods of nonlinear dynamics, methods of continuum damage mechanics. Theoretical and practical results: the method of investigation of the wind and steam turbine blades nonlinear dynamics is created and corresponding calculations are made; the method of estimation the durability of the steam turbine blade at multicyclic load is created and the data are calculated. Scientific novelty: the new methods and approaches of nonlinear dynamics and resource calculations of turbine blades are proposed; the new vibration and durability patterns of the wind and steam turbine blades based on studies of their dynamics in geometrically nonlinear deformation are established. Degree of implementation: the results are used in OJSC "Turboatom" (Kharkiv).Application area: engineering of the steam and wind turbine blades, durability estimation of turbomachinery blades taking into account the damage in nonlinear oscillations.
