Sydorovych M. Fiscal policy under conditions of economy transformation in Ukraine

The author has elaborated methodological concept of assessment of prospective directions of fiscal policy in respect to macroeconomic goals that is aimed at providing sustainable economic growth in the midterm prospective, which is based on applying complex approach to investigating quantitative and qualitative interconnections within budgetary and real sectors of the economy. Integrated model of financial and economic interconnections between the components of the budgetary system and economic environment has been proposed. The approaches to identifying the priorities and marginal changes in the tax rates have been further developed in order to provide the increase in the amount of budget revenues and enhance administering of taxation to remove the schemes of tax avoidance. The approaches to determining the role of fiscal policy as an instrument of regulating economic processes in the developed and transforming economies at different stages of economic development have been developed based on generalization of international and Ukrainian experience.
