The object of research is the process of providing innovative investment playback assets rail. The aim of the thesis is a theoretical and practical study of investment support innovative development fleet of freight wagons in railway reform. The dissertation used the following methods of processes and phenomena: analysis and synthesis of the results, in determining patterns of object of research, analysis and peer review - the choice of indicators and the assessment of freight rolling stock, systematic and integrated approach - to identify the main features , contradictions, factors and principles impact on innovation and investment policies of public companies that own freight cars; statistical analysis - in identifying and comparing current trends investment environment in Ukraine, graphical methods - for easy filing and registration application information and conclusions of the study. Scientific novelty lies in the further development of theoretical and methodological regulations to improve the efficiency of innovation and investment upgrading of railway freight cars Ukraine. The practical significance of the results lies in the implementation of development thesis in providing innovative investment system changes, and decision-making on improving innovation and investment process of reproduction fleet of freight wagons in today's railway reform Ukraine, which aims to enhance the competitiveness of freight. The survey is a set of conceptual and methodological organizational, methodological and applied the provisions of conclusions and recommendations. The scope is the use of freight rolling stock of railways Ukraine.
