The object of study: information technology industrial enterprise management. Goal of research - to improve the management of business, operating in a market environment, through the development of an integrated set of data models and evidence-based information technology management of industrial competitiveness. Methods: methods of system analysis, optimization, scheduling, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy sets theory, the theory of pattern recognition, the theory of precedents, the method of analysis and cognitive modeling. Scientific novelty: on the basis of systematic analysis of the competitiveness of enterprises, created a set of logically related models, which led to the development of information technology management of industrial competitiveness, improved method of analysis of hierarchies, by taking into account the differences of expert estimates of the values of pairwise comparisons, through the use of fuzzy sets, improved method cognitive analysis by pre-structuring of the problem field, thus significantly reducing the total number of issues.
