Davydov A. The development of integrated system of occupational safety risks management at underground iron ore mining.

Methodology of occupational safety risks estimation based on expert evaluation, register of accounted for each occupation safety risks with taking into account specified criteria of the risk level and using methodology of ranking of identified occupational dangers and workplace is given. Mathematical model of the process of distribution of impurity gas in horizontal mine is developed, what allows to define the concentration of harmful gas in any cross-section of mine at any time after blasting operations. Calculations of the risk of inhalation effect of harmful substances on miners using probit-function method while blasting operations and with different modes of mine air supply are made. The device for remote air sampling while passing mine for determination of the content of harmful substances in mine atmosphere, what allows to sample air in safety areas at any level under any concentration of harmful substances without energy source using. Enterprise standard "Risk estimation in Labour safety" for POJSC "Evraz Sukha Balka" is developed, that allows to improve operating conditions for miners and decrease losses from injuries at this enterprise is developed and introduced; foreseen annual social and economic effect is 125 th.
