Oliinyk K. Financial support of small farms

The objects of the research are the processes which are connected with financial support of small agricultural enterprises. The aim of the research is the developing of theoretical and practical recommendations as for the financial provision of the small economic enterprises in the conditions of the modern transformation of agrarian economy of Ukraine. The methods of the research: dialectical, logical and abstract, bibliographical, method of systemic synthesis, method of statistical comparison, grouping, graphical method. Theoretic and practical results: The methodical approach to the theoretical nature of the category "small farms" that are based on the definition of their roles and functions in agricultural economics is improved; the theoretical foundations of financial support of small farms are graded up, the system of financial support of small farms by factors of influence is developed and grounded; the practical results which are the basis for the study and practical solving of the problem of financial security of the small enterprises are given. The novelty of the research: the organizational and economical mechanism of the small enterprises' financing by the village credit cooperatives that is correspondent to the peculiarities and modern agricultural economy demands and has a positive influence not only on the efficiency of small farms' activity but on the social and economic situation of village development, in general. The level of implementation: the results are accepted for use by Uman Regional State Administration of Agricultural Development, Mankovskaya district administration in Cherkassy region, Zhashkiv district cooperative society in Cherkassy region, the credit union "Accord", "Golden Ear" farm, Cherkassy State Technological University, Uman State Pedagogical University by P.
