Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of the interdependence of the functioning of the political opposition, political and cultural determinants on the basis of the analysis of foreign and domestic (Ukrainian) practices functioning of the institution of the political opposition. Based on studies of the political culture of the opposition in the functioning of the various models of the opposition and the various models of the institutionalization of parliamentary opposition were formulated conclusions about the importance of, but not the decisive importance of the political opposition-roof in the political and legal system of the country. Identified and analyzed the prospects for the institutionalization of the political opposition in Ukraine, described the options of ordering the spheres of competence of the political opposition in Ukraine.
