The thesis was dedicated to the analysis of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of collective management organizations in Ukraine. The author analyses the history of collective management organizations activity development in legislation and legal doctrine. There were provided definitions, specific character of the activity of collective management organizations as the object of administrative and legal regulation. There were analyzed the international experience of collective management organization activity regulation, and formed the background and priorities for its borrowing in Ukraine.
