Essay

During a complex examination of 127 children with neurogenic overactive bladder clinical, anamnesis features and functionality (urodynamic, neurophysiological) parameters were defined. On the basis of an integrated clinical and urodynamic evaluation (uroflowmetry) indicators the severity of urodynamic disorders in children had been determined: I degree in - (18,1±3,7) %, II - (51,2±4,2) % and III - (30,7± 4,2) % children. The features of the vegetative and emotional status in children with neurogenic overactive bladder depending on the degree of urodynamic disorders were found. The direct correlation with the performance of uroflowmetry parameters and vegetative homeostasis (r=0,65) and cognitive function (r=0,75) was ascertained. According to the results of straight and long-term observations had been shown the reasonability of differentiated treatment of neurogenic overactive bladder with the urodynamic and psycho-vegetative features. The efficiency of the M-anticholinergic and dynamic electric neural stimulation application in the complex therapy of patients was proved.
