Klimova O. The Economic Mechanism of State Regulation of Functioning of Integrated Corporate Systems

The object of the research is the process of state regulation of the integrated corporate systems that have emerged and are operating in the Ukrainian economy. The aim of the research is the synthesis of the theoretical basis and development of methodological provisions on improvement of economic mechanism of state regulation of the integrated corporate systems, which operate in Ukraine. Research methods: comparative, structural, statistical, system analysis etc. The scientific novelty of the dissertation is generalization of theoretical and forming of scientifically-methodical provisions that gave an opportunity to define the features of functioning of the integrated corporate systems in the economy of Ukraine, to ground their influence on the economy and to improve the economic mechanism of state regulation of functioning of the ICS. First formed the theoretical approach to perfection of state economic policy in the field of regulation of functioning of the ICS by its presentation as legislatively executed economic mechanism. Improved the concept and category base of the integrated corporate systems; theoretical provisions in relation to the features of forming home ICS as compared to foreign; methodical approach to forming of state priorities in the field of regulation of ICS functioning. The methodical approach to determination of pre-conditions of forming ICS, stages of ICS forming, and development in Ukraine and scenarios of development of home ICS got further development; methodical approach to the ground of speed of ICS development in industry and to determination of their influence on the economy of Ukraine.
