Korol D. Standardization and certification in management development of the motor transport complex of Ukraine

A research object is a processes of development of motor transport on the basis of standardization and certification. The subject of research - theoretical, methodological and practical use of the provisions of the methods and tools of standardization and certification in managing the development of the motor transport complex. The aim of the dissertation research is to summarize the theoretical principles, the development of methodological approaches, methods and theoretical and practical guidance on the use of standardization and certification in managing the development of the motor complex of Ukraine. Research methods: a systematic structural analysis, comparative analysis and synthesis, statistical and economic analysis and systematization, system analysis and synthesis, mathematical modeling, abstract and logical analysis. Scientific innovation is the development of theoretical positions, methodological approaches and methods of motor transport management development on the basis of a systematic use of standardization and certification in order to increase its competitiveness in the integration processes in the economy. At first: the directions of the use of standardization and certification in management of development of motor transport. It is improved: methodological approach to the analysis of preconditions and trends in the motor complex of Ukraine, the method of determining the state of standardization and certification in the road transport sector; organizational approach to creation the Regional certification centers vehicles; methodological approach to the territorial location of the Regional certification centers of road transport. Got further development: the conceptual apparatus by clarifying the essence of the categories of "motor transport complex" and " management of motor transport complex"; theoretical principles concerning the use of standardization and certification in the management of motor transport complex.
