The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of macro (Mg2+) and micro (Zn2+, Cr3+, Mn, Cu) elements amount and revealing their connection to the misbalance between the parameters of insulin resistance and metabolic disorders caused by this misbalance at the patients with diabetes type 2 with obesity. The efficient method of the correction by using magnesium orotate has been proposed.
