Tkachenko A. Administrative and legal regulations of Department of the State Guard of Ukraine activity

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and legal problems of administrative law regulation of Department of the State Guard of Ukraine activity. The paper defines the concepts of state guard, security of president, interaction, mechanism of law regulation, white paper. The law basis of state guard are defined. Due to analyses of state and DSG functions author formulates a new state function and propose to name it "function of security of state". Is researched an administrative law status of DSG and defined its place in a security system and system of state guard bodies. The state of administrative law regulation, subjects and objects of state guard and basis of their interaction is defined. Moreover, is proposed an original methodic to calculate a necessity quantity of this state body.
