The dissertation deals with theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems of applying administrative law coercive measures. The work investigates the issues of balance of coercion, state coercion and administrative coercion. It analyzes general and specific features of administrative law coercive measures that are applied in the activity of prosecution authorities.
