The processes of estimation and forming of financial flexibility of subjects of menage are a research object. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition of reality, analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, systems approach, statistical and mathematical methods, analysis, methods of factor analysis. Results: conception of estimation and forming of financial flexibility of subjects of menage, feature of financial flexibility on a market value and investment activity of subjects of menage in Ukraine, the ground of maintenance of concepts is "financial flexibility of subjects of menage", "forming of financial flexibility", "mechanism of estimation and forming of financial flexibility", organizationally-informative providing of estimation and forming of financial flexibility, mechanism of estimation of level of financial flexibility. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of industrial enterprises.
