Essay

The object of research is process of ensuring the international competitiveness of coke engineering organization. The purpose of research is theoretical substantiation and development of methodological recommendations on the evaluation of the international competitiveness of coke engineering organization and choice of the competitive strategy on the external markets. The methods of research are matrix approach; compilation; content analysis; structural-logical approach; expert interviews; synthesis and analysis. Methodical approach to assessment of international competitiveness and competitiveness on the national markets of coke engineering services which take into account specificity of the engineering activities and comparison of competitive advantages and competitive factors of success; methodological guidelines on selection of external markets activities coke engineering organization which is based on matrix positioning in terms "competitiveness of the organization - the attractiveness of the market"; methodical approach to selection of the competitive strategies of coke engineering organization in foreign markets which defines the behavior and directions of increasing competitiveness through the acquisition of new competitive advantages are got further development. Essence of the concept "international competitiveness" of coke engineering organization which takes into account specifics of project activities; classification of coke engineering services which is based on the symptoms caused level of scientific and practical solutions in projects, marketing activities, organizational capabilities and status-image position; methodical approach to integrated assessment of the attractiveness of the coke engineering services market in the countries which take into account factors affecting the national coke production and on the market for engineering services are improved. Research results are used in the activities of "Giprokoks" (certificate № 03-06 / 825 from 17.12.2012), and "Ukrainian State Research Coal Chemistry Institute" (certificate № 02 / 947 from 06.11.2012,).
