Smiyanov E. Diagnosis, clinical and morphological features, and treatment of adenoiditis in adults

The thesis is devoted to investigation of the pharyngeal tonsil in adult patients. The investigation conducted with study of frequency of met pharyngeal tonsils, with investigation of peculiarities of adenoiditis, especially with the structure of histological and ultramicroscopic of pharyngeal tonsil in adult patients. The correlation between diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses with delayed age involution pharyngeal tonsils are determined. It is proved that the chronic inflammation in pharyngeal tonsil tissue exists at any concomitant diseases of ENT organs. The efficiency of the proposed adenoiditis treatment scheme in adult patients based on the degree of hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsils is determined. The main acquisitions are the studies of evidences of pharyngeal tonsil even in adult patients, which not only improves the efficiency of the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, evidences about pharyngeal tonsil significant role in the course of chronic diseases of ENT organs.
