TIn this dissertation a MIMO-antenna systems in the past configurations (2xM) and (Nx2) effective bandwidth estimation method was developed, which allows to determine the capacity, depending on the desired signal / noise ratio at the receiver input, the probability of bit error rate, communication range, number and the nature of the obstacles in the path of the radio signal, weather conditions, power transmitters, radio frequency, type of terrain. In this dissertation, a method that enables the statistical analysis of the data collected about the power of the mobile station received signals to determine the optimal OFDM symbols cyclic prefix duration, which makes it possible to choose the shortest prefix to ensure the maximum effective data rate specified level of quality of service. Developed a method for regulating cellular networks output power radio devices, depending on the meteorological conditions. Under this method, it was suggested the concept of the sensor network.
