Klimenko M. Administrative law ways of protection of the rights to land plot usage in Ukraine

The thesis contains a complex of theoretical and practical aspects connected with the research of the essence, the gist and the foundations of administrative law protection of the rights to the land plot usage. The carried out analysis defined the general-theoretic problems connected with acquired proprietary rights and the rights to the land plot usage by the citizens and legal bodies and their legal protection. Both the place and role of administrative law in social relations were specified and described here, together with administrative law protection of the rights to the land resources. The developed propositions and recommendations are related to the improvement of current legislation and other regulatory legal acts in this sphere.
