Essay

The dissertation deals with the research of origin and development of labour law in Ukraine. Notion of labour law as legal field is revealed, its social purpose is considered. The author substantiates, that labour law was historically the first legal field in Ukraine, which resulted the establishment of social law. Correlation between labour law with civil and administrative law is revealed. Atypical employment relations are considered as the scope of the labour law.
