Krul S. Information-inquiry ensuring of investigation of robberies.

The dissertation is monographic research, in which on the base of positions of general theory of criminalistics, scientific works on questions the theory of criminalistics registration and method of investigation of robberies, generalization of investigation practice, the features of the information-inquiry ensuring of investigation of this kind are formulated. It is in-process formulated concept and considered essence of the information-inquiry ensuring of pre-trial investigation, investigational genesis and legal principles of his functioning; investigational types of accounts of the information-inquiry ensuring of pre-trial investigation and their systems. On the basis of scientific analysis of concept, essence and types of consequence situations, in-process the also formulated suggestions in relation to the use of the information-inquiry ensuring in the typical consequence situations of investigation of robberies and also in specific situations. On the basis of the conducted questioning of practical workers, a conclusion is done, that the Unique register of pre-trial investigations, system "Fact", introduction in practical activity of organs of pre-trial investigation from 2012 year can be used as criminalistics facilities of the information-inquiry ensuring of investigation of robberies. The information-inquiry ensuring is developed for providing of investigation of robberies "investigator-analyst" which enables organs to save working hours the organs of pre-trial investigation and, accordingly, increase an amount and quality of the investigated crimes.
