Pavliy V. Integrated information system for ecologic monitoring at regional scale

The dissertation is devoted to the important scientific-practical task, related to the development of integrated information system for ecologic monitoring at regional scale consisting of regional datacenter, modules of representing and processing of information coming from ecologic monitoring entities, calculation modules. The creation of regional data center allowed integrating monitoring data on atmospheric state coming from diverse sources. This provides efficient representation of ecologic information and joint work of monitoring entities. Regional data center formed the basis for the development of mathematical models for prediction of substance spread in atmospheric air in spatiotemporal coordinates. The practical implementation of the models in the information system allows creating territory pollution maps. The created information system has a series of technological achievements the most prominent of which are the support of АСОИЗА format used in Ukraine, replication models for transferring data on the upper system levels, reports and graphical documentation forming. All of these allow automating routine information tasks of monitoring entities.
