Object - the process of innovation development of communication enterprises. Purpose - justification of scientific bases and methodological tools of the organizational-economic mechanism of development of innovative communi-cations companies. The thesis used the general scientific and special methods of investigation, in particular: analy-sis, synthesis, graphical method, modeling, expert evaluation, calculation and analytical, Economics and Mathemat-ics, classification, details, comparisons, formalization, design. Scientific novelty: for the first time for the telecoms formulated scientific principles of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of development of innova-tive communications companies, improved scientific and methodical approach to assessing the level of innovation capacity within the organizational-economic mechanism of development of innovative communications companies, substantial characteristics of the stages of the formation of the space- temporary project innovative development of-fices; further development were characteristic of the influence of modern trends in the development of telecommu-nications in the country's economic development, the grouping factor of innovative development of enterprise com-munication, evaluation of the cumulative effect of the introduction of the space-time of the project development of innovative communications companies.
