Shevchenko M. Peculiarities of communicative competence of future psychologists with different types of interrelation of adaptability and creativity

Theoretical reasoning and solution the problem of depending students-psychologists’ communicative competence on such essential personality traits as adaptability and creativity in their interrelation are presented in the thesis. It is determined that the vast majority of adaptive and creative students of sample have average level of communicative competence, but different interrelation of components of communicative competence in these groups is proven. It is found that type of interrelation of adaptability and creativity defines the degree of integration of communicative competence’s structure. The recommendations for the development of communicative competence of students-psychologists during their professional training are formed.
